Pasta Shells with Chicken

1 16oz package of 365 Tomato Spinach Shells
2 TBSP olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb chicken breast, cut in 1 inch cubes
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes (increase to 1/4 tsp for added spice)
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 c. frozen peas
Parsley, for garnish
Mozzarella cheese

Cook pasta shells following the directions on the package. While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and saute for 3-4 minutes. Once garlic has been cooked, add chicken, red pepper flakes, and cinnamon. When the chicken is done and no longer pink, add spaghetti sauce and keep warm over medium to low heat. When pasta is almost done, add peas to chicken sauce mix and cook for about 5 minutes, until the peas are done. Once pasta is done, drain in colander. Place pasta on a plate and add desired amount of sauce. Top pasta with parsley and cheese. Enjoy!
