Pesto Beef & Pasta

1 1/2 lbs beef (You can either do stew meat or I bought sirloin and cut them into 1 inch pieces)
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 TBSP olive oil
Salt & pepper
1 package of spaghetti
1/3 c. pesto
1 TBSP butter
2/3 c. Parmesan
1 clove garlic, minced
Fresh ground pepper

Cook pasta according to package directions. In a pan, warm up 2 TBSP of olive oil in a pan. Sprinkle beef with salt & pepper, then add it to the pan. When beef is about half way done, add in pesto. Stir to cover all of the beef with the pesto sauce. Once pesto has been mixed around, add in bell peppers. Stir frequently until beef is done to your liking. Once pasta is done, drain. In the same pan the pasta was cooked in, add Parmesan, minced garlic clove, butter and pasta. Mix thoroughly, then sprinkle with fresh ground pepper. Arrange pasta on a plate, top with beef scooping up pesto as well. Sprinkle with more cheese if desired.
