2 TBSP butter
1 TBSP garlic, minced
1 15oz can cannellini beans (white kidney beans)
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp lime juice
In a frying pan, add butter and garlic. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Then add the beans, chili powder and lime juice. Stir occasionally, cook for another 5 minutes or until beans are hot. Serve immediately, sprinkling with cilantro.
