Marinated Steak

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 TBSP honey
2 TBSP vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp fresh ginger
3 green onions, diced
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 – 2 lbs boneless sirloin steak

In a medium size bowl, add all ingredients except steak. Mix well, then pour into a gallon sandwich bag. Add steak to bag and seal. Once the bag is sealed, move bag around so the steak is fully covered in marinade. Marinade in the fridge for 3-4 hours, then BBQ until done to your likeness.

I served this meal with the Mexican Lime Corn on the Cob & Garlic Cannellini Beans.
