This is a nice, quick meal when you’re running behind or have soccer practice mid-week 🙂

1 package tostada shells
2 cans fat-free refried beans
Shredded lettuce
1 tomato – diced
1 avocado – sliced
Sour Cream
Shredded Mexican blend cheese
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

In a sauce pan, add refried beans. Add spices and cook until beans are hot. This is a fun meal, because everyone can assemble their tostada how they like it. I start with beans on the bottom, followed by cheese, and then pile up the rest.
