Asian Beef Recipe

Here is an easy recipe that the whole family will love:

3 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP brown sugar
1 TBSP cornstarch
1 TBSP vegetable oil
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb stew meat
1 c. frozen peas
1/4 c. water
Brown rice

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and ginger. In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic, and saute for 3-5 minutes. Add beef and cook until done. Then add in soy sauce mixture, and cook until the sauce begins to thicken. Then add water and peas to frying pan. Cook until sauce has thickened. Serve over rice.
