Baked ChickenBAKED CHICKEN

This recipe was super easy and the whole family enjoyed it! It was basically a homemade Shake and Bake, but we knew exactly what was in the breading. We served it with rice and asparagus from our Bountiful Basket!

4 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
2 TBSP lemon juice
2 TBSP Dijon mustard
1 TBSP oregano
1 TBSP thyme
1 TBSP rosemary
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 400. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, Dijon mustard, oregano, thyme, rosemary, and eggs. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then cover it with bread crumbs. Place on greased pan. Cook at 400 degrees for 25-35 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken. Serve with a whole grain side and vegetables! Enjoy 🙂
