ReleasetheStressThursdayTry aromatherapy. I have an essential oil candle infuser in a few different rooms in my house. If I’m feeling a little stressed, I’ll put some lavender essential oil in it and let the scent fill up the entire room. Then just sit and relax, focus on your breathing. Do this for 5-10 minutes and you’ll feel relaxed and ready to tackle anything.
