Want to lose weight, but don’t want to stick with a diet? Try eliminating foods that are full of sugar, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, and refined foods like white flour, white rice, etc. So what should you eat?
Focus on a whole foods diet:
- Eat lean proteins like chicken, turkey, raw almonds, etc.
- Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid the canned fruits & vegetables. Focus on fresh if you can. If you can’t do fresh all the time, add in a few frozen fruits and veggies.
- Ditch the soda! Drink more water. If you need caffeine focus on teas and coffees without added creams or sugars.
- When you get a craving for something sweet, try to fight it with fresh fruits. Get a small bowl of vanilla low-fat yogurt and add some fresh, sliced strawberries. YUMMMMMM!!!!!
