Workout Wednesday – Daily Tip #51

WorkoutWednesdayAre you planting a garden this year? If not, it may be time to start thinking about it! Not only will planting a garden give you an abundance of fruits, vegetables, and whatever else you may be planting, but yard work is hard work! I spent about 30 minutes in our yard a few days ago pulling out some grass, and boy oh boy did I feel it the next day. My arms were sore! If you have any heavy lifting to do make sure you lift with your legs and not your back. Also make sure you get a partner to help you lift if needed. I’m anxious for the weather to stay consistently warm so we can spend a lot of time in our yard making it our own little oasis!
