ReleasetheStressThursdayDo you get stressed and need an outlet? What is that outlet? Here are some great activities that can help lower your stress and keep you on the path to staying healthy:

  • Yard work – take out your stress on those little weeds that are infiltrating your yard! Yank, Pull, Throw! Whatever you need to do!
  • Painting
  • Knitting
  • Reading
  • Cooking
  • Sewing
  • Work on an automobile
  • Organize some of the areas in your house that are a little too cluttered. Having TOO much stuff can cause stress sometimes.
