Do you tend to feel wired and restless? Focus on removing caffeinated beverages from your daily routine. Replace soda, coffee, and energy drinks with natural alternatives like a cup of green tea. You don’t have to throw all of you coffee and soda away, go through it slowly, and focus on reducing the amount of it that you drink.
