Are you feeling drained? Take a mental health day! Have you ever called in ‘sick’ to just take a day to yourself? Spend those 8 hours doing something for you. You’ll be amazed at how great you feel the next day. Go get a pedicure, massage, go shopping, sleep all day, do whatever YOU want to do!
Obviously, don’t call in if you have a deadline or if you don’t have anymore sick days. Use your mental health day responsibly and come back to work and your home rejuvenated!
