BoostYourEnergyMondayHave you ever gone outside just to soak up some sunshine? You’re feeling tired, exhausted, run down, etc… Get a blanket, go outside, and lay in the sun for 10 minutes. Of course use sunscreen if needed, but soak up some of that sun and the Vitamin D that it has to offer! Vitamin D has so many benefits like boosting your immune system, maintaining healthy body weight, and it can reduce the frequency of asthma attacks!

If you are stuck in an office or even your house during the day, make sure to go outside and get some sun today!
