- Artificial sweeteners of any kind! They are full of chemicals and come with a long list of negative side effects.

- Refined flours. Focus on eating whole grains like whole grain pasta, whole grain breads, brown rice, etc.
- Soda. I know that soda hits the spot on occasion, but if you are drinking soda regularly, try an alternative. Here is an article listing healthy alternatives to diet soda.
