Boost Your Energy Monday – Daily Tip #98

BoostYourEnergyMonday A great way to ensure you have enough energy for the whole day is to make sure you get a good night’s rest. Sometime that’s not possible, so taking a nap is a good way to boost your energy if you have time. While I may not encourage THIS much napping, this made me laugh when I saw it on Facebook. There are definitely some days where I need a nap because I went to bed late, our 5 year old was up a lot, or who knows why else. Napping isn’t such a bad thing when you have time for it. Try a quick 5-10 minute nap rather than reaching for that energy drink.
