RelaxonSundayI have a challenge for you! This is all about relaxing and taking a few moments for yourself this week.

CHALLENGE: Schedule, yes schedule, an hour of you-time into your day at least once during these next 7 days. So between 6/22 – 6/29, I want you to take one hour to yourself! What are you going to do with this free time?

  • Take a nice long bath
  • Read a book
  • Work in the yard
  • Go shopping
