If you are feeling low on energy, try having a glass of water. We are losing water in almost every move we make whether it’s breathing, sweating or going to the bathroom. If you don’t re-hydrate, you will become dehydrated which will cause you to feel fatigued. If your urine is dark in color or strong smelling, you will want to increase your water intake. A good way to make sure you get all of your water in, is to have a water bottle readily available to you. This will help remind you to drink water, it’s easy to keep track of how much you are drinking, and also helps keep temptations to less healthy options like soda away.
