Workout Wednesday – Daily Tip #142

With the heat of July in full swing, I’ve opted to exercise inside as of late. We have an elliptical so I’ve been putting that to work. While it’s not as enjoyable as going outside, it’s nice to not be sweating the second I step foot outside, so it’s a trade off.

Here are a few elliptical exercises that are only 30 minutes long!
