Around our house there has been an air of stress that seems to be following me this whole last month. I’m having a hard time pinpointing it which makes it a little hard to relieve. So what I’ve done is start a food/emotion journal. It’s really basic, but it gives me a place to write down what I eat, my mood, any significant happenings that given day, etc. This is going to help me pinpoint what exactly is going on in my little brain. This also helps hold me accountable for the foods that I’m eating. I haven’t been eating well due to the stress, so it’s time to kick all the crap to the curb and start taking care of my eating habits again.
