  • lack of sleep
  • over or under eating
  • lack of exercise
  • lack of self love
  • lack of effort in daily activities

I’ve been reading a bit on TinyBuddha.com. They have a lot of great tips to help move pass the stress, take care of yourself, and become a better you!
