We have more fishing in store this Sunday. Hopefully I catch one. I’ve been twice so far and haven’t caught anything. I’m ready for a fish to take a bite! We will see though. On Sunday, try to take this day to relax and do a fun activity as a family. It doesn’t have to be a huge extravagant affair, but just some family time to help you reset before getting going tomorrow, Monday morning! Focus on rejuvenating yourself and also your family. Maybe set up a rotation and do a day of (insert family member’s name here). Make this a day all about what they want to do, whether that’s nothing at all, going to an amusement park, or more! Rotate evenly so everyone is included 🙂
We have a 5 year old daughter who refuses to sleep through the night. She wakes up probably 5 out of 7 nights a week, and it’s usually 1-2 times each night. This is obviously getting old quickly, and it’s been happening off and on for the last 4 months or so. I’ve increased her Omega-3’s. We have down time before bed. I read to her every night while she’s laying in bed. She has her favorite blanket and stuffed animal that she sleeps with. I’m kind of at a loss. What are some of your recommendations for getting your child to sleep through the night?
